Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your desktop easel or tabletop display support, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been damaged, modified, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page or by email. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Items must be returned to our address at Unit 111/113, Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre, George's Street Upper, Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, A96 N293, Ireland.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or finish, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the exchanged item has a higher price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage when contacting us.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please contact us before placing a custom order to discuss return policies for these items.
